Nov 2025. Started working as a UX Researcher at D2L
I joined the UX Research team! I am so fortunate that everyone I work with is such a caring mentor :)
May 2025. Sporting Life 10k
First race! I got to run with my best friend! Happy Mother’s day. PR 54:02.
September 2024. First Half!
Ran a half-marathon! I was so grateful for the encouragement my two best friends gave me the month prior. This was on my own time, so it was a good moment when I could mentally be my own cheerleader. PR 2:07:55.
Joined the most wholesome run club at Waterloo Running Room this month.
May 2024. CHI ‘24 Conference
Got to student volunteer (SV) at my first research conference! It was INCREDIBLE.
Fun side note: A PhD student and postdoc from a collaborative lab became my friends. Our flight there was cancelled, then rescheduled for 12 hours later, and included a detour to Saskatoon, SK, CA.
