Hi, I’m Caitlyn. It’s so nice to meet you.

I am a User Experience Researcher, and have always advocated for the users and practiced UXR methods even when working as an engineer (see résumé and portfolio).

Currently, I am a Master’s student in Systems Design Engineering with a thesis in Human-Computer Interaction at University of Waterloo from Waterloo, Canada.

I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering (BASc, 2023) from University of Waterloo where I graduated with Distinction and 2 years of industry work experience.

I had the absolute best mentors during my internships/co-ops (especially the last one at ecobee, Toronto).
